Make Time to Laugh

I wanted to share this post from Smorgasbord because it seems there hasn’t been a lot to laugh about over the past two years. This post is a big reminder to me that I need to make an effort to laugh. Many years ago, I remember listening to a presentation by Zig Ziglar. He told everyone to laugh as loudly as they could and he timed it for maybe 30 seconds or so. We all started out thinking “this is stupid” and fake laughing but by the end we were genuinely laughing so hard we couldn’t stop. Laughter is contagious, in a good way! Hope you enjoy this link.
