Photo 101-Bliss 2014

For me, there is nothing so blissful as the laugh of a child.  Zig Ziglar once said that we should laugh for 30 seconds every day; or 15 seconds, or 60 seconds, honestly I don’t remember the time required, but try it.  It is difficult to laugh heartily for that long, yet no matter how hard you had to work at faking the laugh at the beginning, you will be laughing hysterically by the end. Afterwards, you might feel silly but your mood will be lighter, the day looks happier, the future looks brighter, and that definitely has an impact on your overall well being.
